Plangea Purchases Sun Busters® by DaRiMi Kidz

Mill Valley, California, May 14, 2010: DaRiMi Kidz LLC and Plangea Ltd. today announced that they have entered into an agreement under which Plangea has acquired the assets of DaRiMi Kidz’ UV sun protection swimwear brand, Sun Busters®.
Plangea, owners of the sun protection clothing brand Tuga Sunwear, will continue to promote the Sun Busters brand which is focused on beach fashion for children, via retail and online channels.
Jennifer Wolfe, President of DaRiMi Kidz commented on the agreement: “Plangea’s acquisition of Sun Busters represents the merging of the top two UV clothing brands for children. We are very excited that the Sun Busters brand will continue to grow as part of a bigger company with increased investment in design, UV technology, and marketing strategies.

Management teams of both companies are working on a smooth transition for Sun Busters customers from DaRiMi Kidz to Plangea, and customers are being contacted throughout May.
