Shipping and Handling
We offer UPS ground shipping and for rush orders we offer 3 day, 2 day and overnight UPS service. Orders are generally turned around within 48 hours of their being placed on our website. Shipping pricing is based on the weight of your purchase and the distance from our California warehouse.
Return Policy
Sun Busters accepts returns within 30 days from the purchase date. The items must be in new unused condition with original tags and packaging.
Return Instructions:
Please send the items back to the address below, be sure to include details of your original invoice including the sales receipt number, your name and phone number. Shipping and handling on returned items is non-refundable. Please e-mail info@sunbusterskids.com or call us at 760-727-3332 with any further questions.
Exchange Policy
Sun Busters accepts exchanges of items within 30 days from the date of purchase. We cannot exchange items which have been worn or washed.
Exchange Instructions:
Please send the items back to the address below, be sure to include details of your original sales receipt including your name and phone number. Also include the details, size and color of the item you would like in exchange. Shipping charges will be added to your credit card on file, along with any difference in price. If you do not wish to use the same credit card please be sure to include the new details in your return.
